Farley Kautz

Farley started BEST CPR SEATTLE in 2007 with the goal of customizing every class to the individual needs of his clients. His unique entrepreneurial background includes operating professional leadership programs, guiding outdoor adventure expeditions and creating wilderness education programs.

With 35 years experience teaching Wilderness First Aid, Backcountry Survival, and the essential basics of bystander First Aid and CPR, Farley loves building lasting relationships with clients and still teaches weekly. He will do his best to make your training educational, empowering, and FUN!

David Johnson

Since 2002, David has taught CPR classes to more than 15,000 people in the Pacific Northwest.With a Masters degree in Education from Pacific Lutheran University, David has spent most of his life teaching and coaching including 12 years teaching adults in the medical field. An avid baseball fan, David has also coached high school baseball and been a conditioning specialist for more than 25 years. He's the #1 requested trainer in our lineup, with a comedic wit and complimentary nature, if you ask anyone in Seattle who taught them how to save lives, they probably remember David!

Lea Hoffman

Lea is an experienced and dedicated teacher with a Masters in Education. She teaches basic First Aid and CPR classes with a flair. Also acting Medical Assistant Program Director at Renton Techical College, Lea brings wide experience to her teaching from the healthcare perspective.​She'll bring plenty of enthusiasm and passion for teaching to your class, making sure your experience with BEST CPR SEATTLE is practical, engaging, and memorable!

Jamie Turpin

Jamie brings over 20 years of experience and work in the field of health education to the classroom at BEST CPR. Her background in corporate wellness and deep understanding into a variety of health related topics bring dimension to her teaching.  Jamie has spent most of her life in the PNW and holds her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Adult Health Education from Western in Bellingham. She loves teaching and looks forward to empowering class attendees as they learn for the first time or sharpen their understanding in the vital skill of CPR & First Aid!
